We only accept refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photo or video proof of the issue. This helps us review your case quickly and resolve it.
Once approved, we will offer either:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect use of the product
- Normal wear and tear
Please note:
- You do not need to return the item unless we specifically request it
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed
